+?+?+? Appears in my room settings for my Sub+Surround

Suddenly I lost the connection with my Sub and two play1 and appears this: +?+?+? instead SUB+AD+AI. What is happening?. I tried to shutdown all the system and power on again, and it works only a few minutes. I tried to add again the sub and surrounds but I have the same problem again.

I have a new router, could be that?

The ? marks usually are a sign of connection trouble. If you have a new router, that could be it. Go ahead and restart all of your Sonos players by unplugging the power for 10 seconds and see if they come back up showing properly.

If they don't, can you submit a diagnostic from your Sonos system and reply back with your confirmation number?
