App says speaker is playing, but there is no sound

I own 4 Play5 (gen 1) speakers. One of them (only one) isn’t working. It shows up on the app and according to the app, the speaker is functional and playing music, however, there is no sound of any kind coming out of the speaker. I’ve tried ungrouping it from my other speakers, regrouping it, unadding and re-adding it to the app and nothing has worked.

It’s odd that your Play:5 doesn't produce any sound at all.

I assumed you already check the volume level on this Play:5 and should have a solid white light.

You can also submit a diagnostic report for us to see what is going on with your network.
