iOS 14; iPhone 6s; play1

 

I had S1 controller, had to update to S2, it loaded but when I am asked to accept view terms of use and then accept, just goes round in circles. I have uninstalled both apps and reinstalled but no difference. Turned phone and play1 off and on.Any ideas on how to get it installed?

Sonos does not force anybody with only a Play:1 (as per your profile) to upgrade from S1 to S2. Play:1 is compatible with both S1 and S2: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4786?language=en_US
