I keep having issue with the app not connecting to the move or beam...internet signal is fine

Try rebooting your router and restarting your phone.

Tried that but it keeps happening, don’t think sonos likes Wi-fi

Be sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the speakers.

Do you use a VPN connection?

Are you able to wire your Beam to your router with an ethernet cable?

The phone is connected to the same Wi-fi. The beam isn’t connected with  cable but I could use a cable to re set it if that’s what you mean?

I mean connecting your Beam to your router with an ethernet cable to see if that improves the Sonos app’s ability to connect to the speaker.
