app doesnt recognise me and wont find products

after a few years of using Sonos. It suddenly doesn’t recognise my system on the app.  Or any products

sub+sound bar+play 3x2 surround 

I’ve tried the s2 app.  But doesn’t find my products When I try set up

Can you also try to hardwire the Play:3 using an ethernet cable directly to the router temporarily and then use the S2 application to find the missing product?
