Another AirPlay/Mac issue

I have two One/One SL pairs (each a stereo pair), one in my office and once in the TV room.

From my iMac (running Big Sur) I can airplay to the TV Room pair but I cannot pair to the office pair.

I’ve gone thru most of the troubleshooting steps I’ve seen here -- rebooting router, computer, speakers.

 

Both pairs have one speaker with ethernet and the other with WiF. As far as I can tell they are set up the same -- I didn’t do anything fancy when I set them up.

 

My next step is to swap the speakers (i.e Office → TV Room, TV Room → Office) but that is going to be a bit work so I thought I’d ask here first.

An additional note: It is not my iMac, I get the same result using my iPad -- will connect to one pair but not the other.
