I had an issue previously with 2 of my speakers. They would not recognise that I had Amazon unlimited or Apple Music when using either voice assistant. It would tell me I had to purchase it as clearly thought I did not have it. Could play from Sonos app ok or I could tell another speaker to play on the affected speakers and this would work. Spent 6 hours on the phono to Sonos who could not solve the issue at all. It was left that a more senior tech would call me. However as I bought the speakers via Amazon I was able to exchange them and replacements worked perfectly. However the same issue has now started on my Sonos Move. Anybody got any ideas?
