Amazon music added but wont play

I have recently added my amazon music account to Sonos One. I still use Spotify also. The Amazon account has signed in but ant tracks selected from amazon do not play as it says I must pause amazon music on another device. It is not playing on another device and I have also signed out of the amazon music app on my iPhone and iPad. Still no joy though.
