Already connected somos5 now can't connect !

Hi there. Have been enjoying my 3 sonos speakers ( 2 x 3 and 1 x5) for a while. Now my 5 won't connect and have run through the setup again and even used Ethernet cable to router. No use. This may be a common one but anyone got any ideas ??
