Alarm clock stopped working

Alarm clock was working fine, this week it has stopped working. The daily alarm says its on, but will no actually turn on. If I set a one time alarm it will not go off, and will switch to 'off'.

Hello leann, Sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with your Sonos system. May I ask you to submit a diagnostic of your Sonos system and reply to this thread with the confirmation number. Here is a FAQ showing you how to Submit system diagnostic Also, where is the music or sound source coming from for your alarm? If it's a radio station could you change it for the Sonos Chime and see if you experience the same problem. Keep me posted on your progress. Thank you Max
