After last upgrade sonos lost connections after some minutes

After the last update sonos fall out and lost connections to spotify and radio.. it play for 2-3 min then it fall out, and jump to the next song.. same happens again and again..

Based on your report, I'd be guessing at a duplicate IP address issue.

Unplug all of your Sonos devices from power.

Reboot your router.

Plug in one Sonos device. Pick the one that's hard wired to the router, if you have one, if not, just the one physically closest to the router. Wait a minute for that device to boot up.

Move to the next Sonos device, and plug it in. Wait for it to fully boot.

Repeat the last instruction for your remaining speakers.

This is an immediate, albeit potentially shorter term resolution, it doesn't keep it from happening again, depending on your router and other environmental issues outside of your control.

The longer and more permanent fix is to figure out how to assign static/reserved IP addresses to your Sonos equipment.
