Question

Added a second Play1 in the house. It shows that it is connected but can't get any sound?

I have 2 play1 speakers and a bridge. I just recently connected the second Play1 speaker but it will not emit any audio? I had no issues connecting the new play1 as it shows on my Iphone controller that it is connected and playing, just no sound? Should I submit a diagnostic?

have you tried the obvious pressing + button on top?
what if you group it with the other one that is playing music?
try putiing them into a stereo pair?
unplug it, and try again.
Thanks for the reply...Successfully paired them into a stereo but only the currently working Play1 would have audio. Have even done a factory reset with the speaker and no luck.
It sounds like a hardware fault. I would take it back for an exchange. If that is not possible (out of warranty/return period), submit a diagnostic and post the reference number here. Someone from Sonos will take a look and give you some options.
