Hello. As of today my sonas has stopped working with a warning message saying “associated account was not found in your Sonos system”

I’ve checked and the account is active on Amazon and I am signed in. Why has this happened and how do I resolve?

Try disconnecting the account in the Sonos controller, and then add it again. This should force a new handshake with the Amazon server, and fix the issue.
