account lost, library gone

Sonos was not connecting and had to reset its Wi-Fi networking. I didn't know which email account to use, so requested resetting password for my email account and Sonos sent an email. It didn't have the library so I tried to change account by switching to a new account, put in another email and rather than set a new password, asked to reset the password for the second email account. Did that but still no library. Any way to find it?
