Sonos alarm set to 5pm to play streaming radio station. Opened app and confirmed it was playing the station. Next Sonos alarm time set to 9pm. The only thing it's supposed to do at the set alarm time is REDUCE THE VOLUME but continue streaming the same source. It can't even do that. At 9:37pm, I opened the Sonos app, and sure enough, yet another failure. The volume was set at the correct level (about 15%), but it was playing the Sonos chime instead of THE SAME STREAMING STATION IT WAS ALREADY PLAYING.

Can someone from Sonos explain what is going on with all of these repeated failures?
