I have a connect amp that is around ten years old and has never been taken out of the box. It will not take an update after added to my account....any ideas?I have tried loading it to its own account by itself with the same issue. This would be my third connect-amp and the other two work great!

Have you tried hooking it to your router to get it to update as it won't work in pure wifi mode until it gets updates. If you can't connect to it and update wired to router call Sonos to get them to force an update.
Yes i have tried many times hard wired. Thank you for the advice. I will call Sonos.
