the provider of my wi-fi connection changed the router and now, with a new one, I can’t connect all of my 3 sonos one. WHen I try to connect, after combining the mobile phone with the stereo, it appears that caption: we had a problem during the connection of Sonos one to the wi-fi.
How can I sort it out?
I did everything the assistance guide suggest but I can’t sort the issue out.

Are you able to change the network name and password to the same network name and password used on the previous router?
