Sonos play 5 doesn't work

my sonos, after a problem with the electrical network, does not turn on anymore, I need to contact the assistance in Italy, but it is closed and I cannot find an official repair center. can someone help me?

By the looks of it your right it might be a hardware issue, and you need to contact our phone support to get further assistance.

I guess you already tried a different power outlet if you have a different power outlet you can try that.

yes, I tried different power outlet and a new cable, buyed from sonos shop, but nothing change and my sonos still doesn’t turn on. I think that is a problem of fuses or power supply board.
