Problems after new update

Have not been able to use my Beam at all after last update. After a factory reset I was able to connect but the system demanded an update and it told me to log in using a system account. I only have one account created. Getting very frustrated after having to spend countless hours on this. Did a factory reset again but am not able to connect at all

Since the update and layout adjustment in the Sonos app, I have had a lot of problems. It is extremely disturbing that the system itself provides certain rooms with music.
