Hi @Haino220678

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

With your, um, Office speaker wired to ethernet, but with Studio being in charge of the group, the data stream of music must go from the router to the Office, then to the Studio, then back to Office again for that room to be included.

Please disband the current group, select Office as the current speaker/room, then group Studio to it. This will cut down the amount of data that needs to be passed over WiFi between the speakers.

Secondly, by the amount of interference I see, it looks like you’ve got the router sitting on top of the Office Play:5! Please separate them by at least 1m, but keep both 1m apart from any other WiFi devices, like a printer, or 2.4GHz devices, like a cordless telephone base. I have quite literally never seen so many failed transmission errors!

Anything other than zeros in the last 3 columns is bad

With these two issues taken care of, there can’t not be an improvement. I hope this helps.
