Moved Sonos One; Now, it will not play

I have a Sonos 5 and two Sonos 1 units.  I moved one Sonos 1 from one room to another, plugged it in, and now it won’t play. The light on top is solid white.  Can someone please provide step-by-step instructions?  This is **** and exactly why I got away from Bose.

Hi @I'm Downtown.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, I totally understand where you're coming from and I’m here to help.

Make sure the Sonos one is not far away from other Sonos devices.

If the customer has multiple access points one possible reason is the Sonos one is not connected to the same network as the other Sonos product.

Try unplugging all Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Once the router comes back up, plug your Sonos devices back in.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.
