Hi @mariebou1702.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community.

From what I understand your wifi connection was changed?

If so you can either reset your Sonos Move or try to change the same wifi credentials of your router using your previous wifi name and password.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.

I don’t have a sonos move, i have play 1

Hi @mariebou1702.

Welcome, thank you for reaching back to Sonos Community, and thank you for that clarification.

Here are router settings that need to be verified first. You can contact your ISP or the manufacturer of the router for assistance.

a. Auto channel must be set to Off

b. Choose best non-overlapping channel (1,6,11)

c. Set channel bandwidth to 20MHz

d. Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz should be enabled

e. 802.11 band should be set to b/g/n

f. Airtime Fairness should be disabled

Then you can try to set up the same username and password from the old wifi so that your Sonos play:1 will connect right away.

Other options would be doing a factory data reset to the play:1.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.
