Sonos App keeps running an error

Hello, I can’t use the Sonos app as it keeps running an error. It says that the software needs to be updated and when I try to update it, it asks me to log in, and then it runs an error. 

Has anyone encountered this problem and knows how to solve it?

In general the Sonos app faces tons of issues constantly but now I can’t even use it!
