play 5 stops working after 20 - 30 seconds
when I unplug it reconnect to the network and work again but stops all other speakers
working. I have to re locate the playlist and start again but it drops after another 30 seconds

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
Before you do so, it would be worth rebooting your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds. Wait for WiFi to return, then wait another couple of minutes before testing.
