A current sales price is a better deal than the upgrade program, but said credit is preventing me from getting the sales price. I understand that offers cannot be combined, but how can I get those credits cleared out so I can qualify for the sales price?

You should be able to untick the upgrade credit when you view your basket.
Well, to be clear, there are two different areas to interact with upgrades.
- The Upgrade interface. You can see eligible devices and can convert them to credit (which I have done).
- The Cart interface. You can apply as many of your credits as you like.
The option to apply or not apply credits in the Cart interface has no effect. Sales price remains blocked. I suspect the adjustment needs to be made from the Upgrade interface, but no option is there.
