I have connected 2 turntables thru a mixer via the RCA outputs into a Play 5 line in. I was not expecting to have a 2 second delay and would like to know if a pre amp tape output or some other fix might help?

However, that 75 ms delay is the minimum available on a Sonos analog input, one reason that this forum is littered with suggestions that Sonos devices not be used as ‘DJ’ or public address type systems.
Make sure that the Audio Delay is set for 75ms.
