Songs played twice

Hi. When I play spotify on my Sonos some songs are played twice. This is very frustrating because I know other people who have Sonos and they don't have any problems. I hope you can help me asap because I am getting very disapointed. I payed a lot to get a good music system and right now I am not very happy with it.

This is usually an indication that your speakers are losing connection to your wifi. This causes the player in the speaker to request the same song again.

This could potentially be a case of wifi interference. There's a good FAQ (in English) here: https:// https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3650/~/reducing-wireless-interference

The other potential is that you may have duplicate IP addresses that are bumping the speaker off of wifi. This can be resolved by unplugging all of your Sonos devices, rebooting your router, and then plugging your Sonos devices in, one by one, waiting long enough for each to finish booting up before moving on to the next one.
