Weird issue controlling surround system with Logitech Harmony

I’m having a strange issue with my Playbase surround setup.

I recently reset my Harmony Hub and was trying to recreate my remote/activities. I like to have a button assignment that can set the Sonos input to Optical. While it worked fine before resetting, now it doesn’t and I get a message:

“Unable to connect with Living Room Surround over Wifi. Use Harmony App for a while to see troubleshooting options.”

The app has no real troubleshooting solutions, and I’ve already tried deleting and adding all my Sonos devices again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the Sonos Community and thank you for reaching out with your Harmony question.

When you reset your Harmony, did you also reset any of your Sonos equipment?

Can you access your Sonos system through the app without issue? 

Have you reviewed our Harmony remote support page to make sure that no steps were left out?

If you are still having difficulty with your system, can you submit a diagnostic report and include the confirmation number in your response so we can offer more guidance?
