Wifi Connection Issues - Playbar

I just moved homes, and we have ATT Fiber WIFI. When I go to connect my Playbar to WIFI as we did in our previous home, I get an error once I enter the WIFI password. I plan to swtich the route to 2.4ghz tonight to see if that will solve the issue, but I wanted to see if there were any alternative suggestions. 

I am unable to hardwire the Playbar, so in an attempt to alleviate the connectivity issues I purchased a Sonos Boost so I could run everything through the Sonosnet. The issue, however, is that with the Sonos app not able to connect to the WIFI, the functionality of the app is limited, including the ability to add a Boost. 

This has become endlessly frustrating, so I wanted to see if there were any solutions that I haven’t thought of yet. I appreciate it in advance!

And if you would use the old SSID and password on the new router?
