Unable to set up 2 speakers

Good evening. I think I may have exhausted all options I can think of. I’ve factory reset both speakers. Deleted and re installed the app. Set up the WiFi network again and still only one speaker will connect and play. When I try the other speaker it gets to the same point. The system finds it then can’t connect. I’ve tried with and with out the Ethernet cable.

With the one speaker on the system, go ahead and submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of replicating this issue, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
