unable to install Sonos ARC because it does not recognize netwrk password

1. I enter the WiFi network password and it does not recognize it

2. re-install the Sonos App, but it gets stuck in “SONOS TERMS OF USE” and does not let me go any further

3. I tried to reach out Sonos support in Spain or Europe by phone, but there is no phone number

Obviously, very frustrated
