Unable to connect play base to wifi

Play base was working fine then control app would not connect to play base. Tried to reset still no joy. Says unable to connect to WiFi, bought a Sonos BOOST hoping that would solve the problem but still willl not connect to WiFi. Tried everything any help would be appreciated.

Bentley Boy,

Remove any Sonos devices that are cabled to your router, (i.e. the Sonos Boost.)

Now plug the playbase directly into one of your routers ethernet ports and power it up? See if it works and is visible in the Sonos App, then check for any updates.

Once it is working ... go into the Sonos App Advanced Settings/Wireless Setup and ensure you have entered your correct router WiFi credentials, which are case sensitive.

When the WiFi credentials are stored in the app correctly, submit a diagnostic as per the link below and post the reference back to this thread. Then see what happens when you disconnect the ethernet cable from the playbase... see if it continues to work over your WiFi.
