Trouble connecting the Connect:Amp

I have the Playbar and it’s working, but I can’t connect my new Connect:Amp to the network. At this time I have the network connected to the Connect: Amp via the supplied Ethernet cable

I had gone through all the steps as directed by the app. I called customer support, they recommended power cycling my cable router. It worked. The Connect:Amp connected to the Wi-Fi network, and I was able to complete the setup using the app 😃 who would have thought a router hard reboot would work? But everything is good now.

I think you may need to add a few more clues as to what your problem is - what stages have you done, what the Connect Amp is/isn't doing etc.
