Surround Problems

Up until yesterday I had no issues with my Sonos Beam and 2 Sonos Ones then something went wrong and I had no sound whatsoever.

I reset everything and my Beam is working but one of the Sonos ones just seems to be blocking everything and I have a constant error when trying to set up the surround saying that the speaker is not connected to the network even though I have reset it at least 6 times.

How can I delete it from the app and start again because this seems impossible.

It is unbelievably frustrating that I cannot fix this

Try unplugging the Beam and Ones from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone. If this doesn’t work, you can try swapping the Ones and seeing if that makes a difference.
