Not connecting to Sonos bar

You're probably going to need to provide more information in order for someone to help you. For instance, what "bar" do you have? How is it set up, via Boost or Standard mode? Do you have any other speakers in your system, like surround speakers, or other "rooms" in your Sonos? Which version of the app are you using? What device is the app on, and what OS version number is running on that device?

OK. According to your profile you own a Sonos Playbar which the Sonos sub should bond with. Since you must FIRST establish the Playbar as a Sonos component to your network via Boost or Wi-Fi mode...have you done so? Let us know if you were successful to get the Playbar established as a starting point for us to help.

Also as Airgetlam alluded too...what type of network setup are you using Boost or Standard Wi-Fi? Are there any Wi-Fi range extenders involved? What type of router (brand/model) is in play? Last, if all what is asked is too much for you to provide....you can submit a diagnostic and post the reference ID in this forum. If you don't know how to submit a diagnostic we can help with that.
