Starting problem with app

I'm trying to set up a new One for the first time. I have connected the One to electricity and downloaded the Sonos app on my MacBook and iPhone. In both cases, the first screen is

which does not give me an option to set up the new system. This is not the screen shown in the various set-up videos. Please help. Thanks.

The iOS is 9.3.5. I know that is old...

I would like to control using the MacBook, which is quite new (10.13.6).
Unfortunately, neither of those will work for setup. Sonos has removed the setup functionality from the desktop app, and you need an iOS device running 10 or higher (see supported OS )

Do you have a friend who has an Android or iOS device that has a more current OS on it that you could borrow for the 10 minutes necessary to set up your system?

Has it been removed from macs as well as pc's?
Time for op to buy an amazon fire tablet for £50 maybe?
Yes, it's been removed from both Windows and MacOS platforms.
