speaker will not connect to system

I have one speaker of a set of four that traditionally has trouble but now will not connect to the system at all.  The startup process always ends up with a flashing red.  Any advice?

Try a factory reset of just that one troublesome speaker, while it is connected to your router with an Ethernet cable. This wii erase all information from it, including anything that might help Sonos, but then if you can’t get it to show up on your network, it’s unlikely Sonos can access that data anyway. 

However, if that doesn’t work, your best bet would be to contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, they are available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7.
