Play 5 is playing but says it isn’t connected to WiFi

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Could you be more explicit?

What is playing? How are you starting it playing? How is it saying it's not connected to wifi? Do you have it connected with an ethernet cable? What is showing up on the Room Name? What shows up under the PLAY:5s room in "About My Sonos System"?
