Sonos won't work after computer reformat

Hi, everyone. My Sonos won't work after reformatting my computer. Everything looks normal, the software is on, the rooms are there on the software, and the songs have been populated, but Sonos won't recognize my drive. I'm asking here because I can't get anyone who speaks English on the phone! Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you made sure no firewall issue.

What country are you in - as sonos has English support in US and throughout Europe. It is a United States company.

When you reformatted the computer, did you change the computer name or the path to your music library? Try entering the location of the music folder again in Manage Music Library, and/or do an Update Index Library Now.
