Why doesn't sonos allow for their sub to connect to their Amp? I want a Amp a pair of in ceiling speakers and a wireless sonos sub.

Can I use Sub with my passive or wired speakers?
If you power your speakers with Amp, you will be able to add Sub as part of your Sonos system.

Sub cannot be added to ZP80, ZP90, Connect, Port, Move, or Roam.
Where did you get the idea the Sub cannot be bonded with the Amp? Because it most certainly can.
