Sonos Spotify Problems

When I tried to connect my Spotify account to the Sonos controller it connected to my friends old account and I can't find any way to remove it. Furthermore It won't let me connect a new Spotify account to the controller
Any suggestions?

Hi Geiri,

Can you provide details on which device you are using for your Controller and perhaps someone with that OS can walk through what the steps..Should..be

on a Mac:
"Sonos"...
"Preferences"
"Services"
click on the service and click the "-" to remove...

on iOS...
"hamburger" button
"Settings"...
"My Services"...
Click on the Spotify service
"Remove Account"

It was actually my son asking, he's using an android device. The rest of us are apple users and don't have any problems.
