Sonos Beam won't show any light when switched on

I am trying to setup a new Sonos Beam however I don’t get any light - flashing or solid - when it’s switched on.  I do get the ‘chime’ when I press the button at the back but otherwise nothing.  It isn’t recognised / found when I begin the setup process and have retried the searching for new product process multiple times.  I have checked the power source and reconnected / disconnected the cord multiple times as well as trying different power sources.  All with no success.  Can anyone help? 

I setup a new Sonos One today and this was successful.

To address the issue on the Beam, I would like to know where you bought this as you might need to contact the point of sale; if you didn’t buy the Beam from us.

Having a broken LED must be addressed as this has many uses for troubleshooting. 

I recommend calling our Phone support as they have the option to replace the Beam for hardware failure like this.
