sonos beam gen 2

Not sure if anyone knows the answer but will the beam gen 2 that supports atmos allow to get Dolby atmos through airplay instead of through hdmi arc.   The current setup I have is  2 apple homepods in stereo mode (supports atmos) connected to a new Apple TV 4K which is connected to a 4K projector.

i would like to add a beam gen 2 wirelessly through airplay so that the beam can be the front speaker and the 2 homepods are connected from behind but all wireless and supporting Dolby atmos.

Apple is so annoying.   They just buy sonos and or make them compatible with the HomePods which are great sounding back speakers with atmos but still need the sub and front soundbar beam to compete the setup.

Dolby Atmos isn’t supported over AirPlay on Sonos speakers.

Also from Apple:

“Other AirPlay 2-compatible speakers are not supported with home theater audio.”
