Sonos at the office? Set up.

I purchased another SONOS system for my office, now I have one at home and this new one.

At the office, I connect the app and start to set up, the system won't except my email address as it's being used for my home unit. Obviously it won't allow me to set up.

I only have one email address. What am I doing wrong?

You can use the same email address for multiple systems. I don't know why the controller would object.
Nothing. You can only have one setup (what Sonos calls a "household") per email. Get a free gmail or yahoo address and use that, or you can take one unit home, set it up there under your home email, then take it to the office, change the WiFi and other settings, then add the rest of the units.

What sort of error message are you getting and at what point in the process?
No error message, it offers no direction. In other words, I can’t advance to the next step.

Try resetting the controller app. Then have another go at system setup.

Obviously the password has to match the email.
