I just received a Sonance Mag 6.1 that I plan on running in addition to a pair of Klipsch speakers and a powered sub. Is there anyway to add the existing into the 6.1 or do I need an additional amp?

Since the Sonos Amp is already driving the six speakers and subwoofer, I would imagine that adding two more speakers and a second subwoofer would not be recommended... so you would need a second Amp. You should contact Sonance to confirm:
