I need help setting up sonos. I get as far as pressing the 2 buttons and hearing the chime and then it doesn't go any further.

Ok, my parents had the same problem u have, called sonos support and they asked me If we had an asus router, which we do, they told me to go into router settings and turn off something that was called air, cant remember the whole name but call sonos and ask If they know a common problem with ur router
