Server 2016 essentials installation problem

Hi

I have installed the latest version of the Sonos app on a Windows Server 2016 Essentials machine. It all works as expected until you try and close the program - it takes approx. 3 minutes to close. It appears not to be using cpu - looking at task manager.
The same app on windows 10 machines on the network are fine.
Has anyone experienced this problem???
