I recently moved to another house an bought the Sonos system from the previous owner.
When I installed teh sonos app on my smartphone, I noticed that the account of the previous owner is still active (e.g. Spotify history).
How do I replace hies account for my own account.
I am a complete novice to the Sonos system.

You need to factory reset every Sonos component and then set up a new system from scratch. Instructions for resetting and for setting up a new system are given in the Support section of the Sonos website.
