Range Extender issues

I have just bought a new Sonos Play:1 for my office so that I can listen to music in different parts of the office. The internet connection has been pretty poor for months now, so I had the IT guys come to check it and they have installed a new wifi signal where the Play:1 is located. I can't access the speaker anymore. Does anyone know how to disconnect the speaker from the old wifi and put it on the new wifi?

is there by chance an Ethernet plug on the new wifi box.

probably best option is go to a mid-ground area between the old wifi and the new wifi that has an Ethernet drop. Plug sonos into Ethernet plug that filters back to the original wifi. Bring up and then go to settings...advanced...wifi setup. Then setup the new wifi.

otherwise - you can start fresh from a hard reset but you would have to reset up all your services and lose any sonos playlists or favorites.
