playbase stopped working

My playbase is set up as a surround system with two play ones and a sub. The other day, the olaybase disconnected from the sonos app and wouldn’t appear. The sound still worked through the tv, but I couldn’t play music through the app. I disconnected the ones and sub from the surround and reset the playbase, but now it won’t setup anymore. All I see is a flashing red light. Then it goes to solid red.

Have you checked the LED states FAQ?

Looking through that FAQ, I note that they don't have a solid red, just a solid orange. Is it possible that those two colors are close enough that it's orange?

OK, then I'd recommend that you contact Sonos Support direcly to discuss it. There's probably not much that the community can do for you.

I suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.
